Rapid swab service performed on Saturday afternoon, and without reservation. Efficient staff, sending the result within about 15 minutes. To be taken into consideration for any emergency situations, even if the situation could be more complex on days of intense air traffic (travellers, however, have priority).

Quick swab carried out, courteous staff but the result, after almost an hour and a half, has not yet arrived (guaranteed in max 15 minutes). Nobody answers the phone. What to say...

Indecent rapid swab service for a pharmacy at the main Milan airport (1h15 to get the result) and above all rude. The situation is difficult for everyone, rudeness doesn't help! They should take a tour of other European airports to understand how things work.

After a long wait to get in, an equally long wait for swab results of around 2 hours. The doctor is a very qualified person, but it's better not to comment on the guy at the register.
