90% of the time they have to order the product and then they made me purchase two LA ROCHE products by showing me the refund offer of 20 euros... too bad it was valid from 09/30 and I purchased days before..... ......I trusted and I hadn't read this information on the postcard, so I didn't get a refund. terrible service if you could put zero the real vote would be that, order dating back to 11 March 2020, goods never arrived despite four reminders for reimbursement dating back to 6 April, 17 April 8 May and 18 May 2020 still nothing done, but rather only email for possible replacement of the package which after months I no longer need, I understand the period I understand all the mitigating circumstances due to the possible problems with the couriers, I would say that after three months it is right that patience runs out, I advise you not to order
