Too many errors. I asked for a digital pregnancy test with date. They first gave me the one with the lines, I go away and I realize the mistake, I come back and I politely ask to be given what I asked for and I'm surprised by the very high price. I ask to exercise the right to change my mind but I am denied, for various reasons, one doctor said that it is not done in Italy, another even that it can only be exercised following contacts such as telephone cards. We can be good, too easy. In short, everything was totally crazy. Moral of the story they gave me an EARLY pregnancy test without a date, which for obvious reasons costs a lot, too bad I had asked for a normal test as long as it was digital and with a date. Useless purchase, paid even more than necessary. I will never go back again. I understand the tiring shifts and the spring, but let's try to be more understanding, especially when multiple mistakes are made.

Public holiday, pharmacy open for shifts: the sales assistant welcomes me conspicuously chewing chewing gum with her mouth open. Nothing else to add. Bad image for any business, let alone for a pharmacy. Education, this unknown.

Friendly and professional staff, especially when it comes to carrying out the swabs. The guy who does the swabs is very helpful and the swab he gave me didn't bother me any less than usual. There is also the possibility of receiving the report in English for any trips abroad!

Very professional and kind healthcare worker, I came with my family and we also received the family discount. The nurse also knows how to deal with children. Report received within a few hours. Really recommended!

My experience with them was terrible, welcomed without even a greeting even though I had said it before, I ask for a medicine, the doctor responds by mumbling something from under the mask; I don't understand and I ask what he said, he answers me another 2 times, continuing to babble and with an unfriendly attitude... I say yes even though I still don't understand. Moral he sells me the same drug but in the form intended for nails when I asked him for the skin. (31 euros against 9) However, I was wrong not to check immediately. Extremely rude.
