Very positive experience. I found a shaving article from them that has not been on sale since 2019, the last piece. They assisted me by phone and sent it to me right away. Extremely satisfied. I will buy from them again.
mmhhh about online purchases I don't know what the return policy is. I asked to return a product that wasn't as described, but no response. In online sales the return policy is fundamental.
