Personally, I have not encountered episodes of rudeness like the ones I read here, although the little (or no) attention paid by the owners towards these complaints is a less than reassuring indication. The pharmacy's strong point is that it is open 24 hours a day, 365 days, which together with a good availability of products makes it a cornerstone for the south-eastern quadrant of the city. However, I must report a churlish attempt to give an equivalent drug (in this specific case equivalent to DAFLON 500), by a salesman who fortunately I only rarely see. With the undersigned "it falls badly", because I love to read and always inform myself about every product that I don't know well. Well, the item sold to me didn't even remotely have the characteristics advertised by the employee, it was enough to read the leaflet... So be very careful. The second thing I noticed has more of a tragicomic aspect, because I have to note that in May 2024 we are still seeing people with ffp2, and the fact that the element in question is in some way an operator in the healthcare sector makes the fact worrying. It is not up to me, an ordinary citizen, to train and inform staff about the numerous recent scientific studies on the subject. Unfortunately Google does not allow links to be published in these contexts, but those who work in the sector should have known for some time that that aid is not only perfectly useless against viruses and bacteria, but also harmful to health due to the increase in the concentration of CO2 in the blood, (found in scientific studies), decrease in PH with consequent risk of acidosis, and all the serious problems that could arise from it. Therefore, paradoxically, those who we would define as fragile subjects, the elderly, the sick and especially children, are those potentially most at risk of health damage resulting from the use of the "muzzle". It makes me very angry when I see those old people, who could be my parents, undoubtedly conditioned by those figures for whom they atavisticly have respect and consideration, (the doctor and the pharmacist), wearing FP2 outdoors, while they struggle to carry their shopping bags and can barely stand up. In the information age, ignorance is a choice, but for certain professional figures IT IS NOT ALLOWED!

Well-stocked pharmacy, helpful and kind doctors. Furthermore, there is an entire floor dedicated to celiac products and a beauty salon. Perfect

Bad experience, I went at 4 in the morning explaining that my husband had lesions and lacerations in his throat due to plaques, asking for an anesthetic spray or something to numb the excruciating pain he was feeling. In response I was given an alcohol based spray, which when he sprayed it on himself only made the situation and pain worse, literally leaving him breathless. I mistakenly trusted the pharmacist who should know what they sell to the sick also because if I come at night, IT'S AN EMERGENCY! leaving aside that for an emergency, because I repeat you don't go to the pharmacy at night because you have nothing to do, add a surcharge of €7.50!
