Great service. This is our local pharmacy and, so far, they have been supefriendly, efficient and helpful.
Well-stocked pharmacy with what I needed, yet the manner of the pharmacist leaves much to be desired. With so many equally proficient pharmacies around the area, I suggest avoiding this one for a better experience

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I was trying to make a medical appointment through the Italian health system but they were very rude to me for no reason. After years of living in Tuscany I know that Florence isn't great with customer service but it still manages to upset me that you can be treated rudely without provocation.
