It is not acceptable for a pharmacy to offer me a product, telling me that it is the same as the one the doctor prescribed (and which they don't have available), when instead, given the composition of each one, the two products are totally different. It seems like a real lack of ethics to me. After consulting the doctor, I had to buy the product again (the right one) and spend double. Before selling, therefore, make sure that there is no specific care behind it, which is very likely!

Not at all kind and cooperative. Yet, according to the public in a health context, they should be a little more empathetic. Also, they never answer the phone.

As for cosmetics, they are well stocked. Medicines, however, always have to be ordered. The staff is mostly unfriendly and although we can recognize the difficulty and importance of their job, the haughtiness of some of them cannot be justified. Usually you have to wait in a long, slow queue.
