BAD SERVICE. Last 10/11/2023 I purchased some Creon 10000 and presented two doctor's prescriptions, one for 2 boxes and one for one box. The employee, using the recipe for 2, gave me only one box as she had no others but guaranteed me, by providing me with a suspended receipt, that I would have the second box in the afternoon. When I returned he told me that the product is not available from the supplier. Now I find myself with the two-box recipe busy but I only received one. I returned but they replied that it is not possible to cancel the suspended order unless I return the product which I have already opened out of necessity. So I have no way of using this 2 prescription to look for the product in other pharmacies and I actually only received one box.

The most useless pharmacy in Florence! They almost always lack essential drugs, even basic ones, not to mention those for animals. Despite the recipe you always have to come back twice (if it goes well!) the first time to show it, be told that they don't have it and come back to get it only after ordering it, or lately, the most popular excuse is that the person who doesn't have it supplies them so you can't even order certain types of drugs, but it's a shame that this only happens from them given that in other pharmacies you can always find everything... I highly recommend changing suppliers and maybe even working for some, given that it's clear from the staff you work with all the heaviness that is felt in that place, it almost seems like they are doing you a favor by serving you....I will definitely change pharmacy forever. Not recommended.

I had to get a box of Bioscalin 50, I went to another one and paid 28.90. The one from the pharmacy 34.90 cost €6 more. Are we crazy??? Closed

Very bad. The facts: I call at 9:05 (pharmacy already open) to ask for information on the swab, and no one tells me I'm late (otherwise I would have looked elsewhere). I book, run to the pharmacy, and they tell me I'm "a few minutes" late. In the end: a good three quarters of an hour late (compared to the booking time) and endless excuses. When it was time to collect the report, not happy, the lady who was handing it to me even tried to lecture me (after inflicting all that delay on me). First and last time, thank goodness I don't live nearby.
