Prices beyond any grace, on certain things it would be best not to take advantage. Then the usual excuse of imposed prices as if they didn't decide the customer price of parapharmaceuticals. In all the other places the same product costs at least a third less, you can see that the increases were imposed only on you..... "Almanco, it makes you look better" is the saying in these parts.. edit post answer: if you want to answer so much to be right, we would like to point out that you were paid 15 euros for a vial of Dicovit Plus. So it is easily verifiable by anyone that there are several pharmacies that sell it, to date, for less than 10 euros and above all none for 15 euros. But I don't have to prove anything, I just wanted to alert other potential customers. What a bad way to treat people, other reviews have already said so.
I was served by a pharmacist/clerk who I asked for a plaster for a cut on the bottom of my foot. He asked me if I already had the products to treat it and I said yes. He suggested that the waterproof patch was ineffective for going to the beach so he suggested a normal patch (the waterproof ones are more expensive). He showed me a box of band-aids and showed me the dimensions on the back of the box. I didn't look at the price going on the faith that he had offered me a product with a lower price. Instead I bought some very expensive medicated plasters, more than the waterproof ones I had seen on display. Let's say that, seeing as he knew I didn't need the medication and implicitly had a preference for a cheaper choice, I didn't appreciate his behavior at all (which was also hasty and not very friendly)
I'm sorry, I've never been treated like this. Having a cough, out of pure scruple, I wanted to buy a test for Covid. The person behind the counter first told me that I had to send someone, I replied good-naturedly that I had no one to send; then she told me that I approached too much from the side and when I replied that it wasn't true she allowed herself, in a low voice, to call me rude. I am a 65 year old person who regularly comes here on holiday and I was lucky enough to have a great education and that's probably why I left without continuing the conversation and without taking the test. I hope, if someone answers me, not to have to read that in this pharmacy customers are treated "normally". Better to say that the employees they are exhausted and worn out from overwork. Only possible explanation, even if not acceptable!
anyone who talks about friendly staff is in bad faith. if out of your ignorance you ask for a medicine without a prescription they treat you rudely like a plague victim. the girls think they are Miss World and treat customers with extreme arrogance. personally I decided to travel a few more kilometers but not go into this pharmacy again. unfortunately it is always crowded due to the central location
Staff unable to help in case of need, even respond by mocking. Those who set foot in the pharmacy often do so as people with small emergencies, which can also be managed by a pharmacist and can also be helped, without mocking people with jokes. In any case, change pharmacy, especially if necessary.
