A tragedy. I had a voucher (given by them) to spend and it was not possible to purchase anything because there was nothing to apply it on because all the products, according to them, were discounted (I wonder how, given that the prices are high). In the end I preferred to give up and use my money in a better way. Lack of professionalism and sloppy service, they really seemed like improvised people. I don't know.

For this pharmacy the important thing is to make money! Not having a drug, I was advised to take an equivalent one but at home I looked at the composition which is very different, unfortunately having opened the package I cannot ask for a replacement. To be avoided, it's already the second time I've spent money unnecessarily!!!

Good morning, terrible pharmacy. Swabbed, the doctor never changed the disinfected gloves, blisters all lined up, you can't even verify your name. Always wearing the same gloves, he went to serve at the counter, delivering medicines and withdrawing money, all this without batting an eyelid. Upon receiving the result, after 40 minutes of waiting, asking for explanations and requesting further verification, I was told that even if it was negative, I would keep the positive report. I thought that I'm negative at home and someone positive outside doesn't matter. Maybe, and I mean maybe, we need more seriousness and a bit of modesty, those who work can make mistakes, recognizing mistakes makes you great.
