Rude older lady didn't want to be helpful. I could hardly explain my concerns, she didn't listen to me, didn't let me finish and had no interest in advising me. I left the pharmacy without any medication and then bought it at another pharmacy. Such staff should not have any customer contact.
My mom has been here several times for health needs. Unfortunately, every time he received a rude and unhelpful welcome. The lady at the counter seems to change her attitude as soon as she hears that you speak Italian, behaving in an unprofessional way. I absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy, avoid it! 🚫
