I had an odd experience here last night. The man who helped me had me remove my mask although the hospital had just diagnosed me with two viruses, he spoke English to me but had me speak another language to him (Spanish) because I am still learning Italian, he asked that I make myself cough to hear how sick I am, and he mocked the way I pronounced certain words. On the upside, he suggested I take medicine for my congestion, and when I asked him for a recommendation he provided one. He also offered me two free face masks during check-out. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or if this is typical service here, but when people go to the pharmacy at night they are usually feeling unwell and should not be unnecessarily tested. Thank you.

I've been in this spot to buy simple stuff like tissue paper and bandaids, and have been here to buy RX meds for when I had bronchitis. The staff here have ALWAYS been friendly and super awesome! I've worked with several of their staff and have NEVER had any issues, everyone has treated with with respect and been super honest and helpful. Best RX in the area, hands down!

Worse experience at this pharmacy. The old man who was attending at 10pm, was really rude person, he wouldn’t let me speak and all the time he looked and spoke badly. not only to me, also to another lady who was there. He even went so far as to criticize the language in which I spoke to him.

Rapid antigen Covid tests are offered here for 22 euro/person. We visited the pharmacy at 4:30pm on a Thursday to get our test results before flying out of Rome. We got the results within 20min, uploaded the QR codes to VeriFLY app and got approved for traveling.

The pharmacy is open 24 hours. I went there at 11 pm. The pharmacy person was very helpful and patient. And the best part was that he spoke English. I was so relieved. And I got the medicines that I needed.
