Terrible, I called this pharmacy to ask if they had a product, but they told me to wait on the phone while they checked and they never answered me again, they put me on hold with the phone open, continuing to serve customers as if I didn't exist . I arrived at the pharmacy with the phone ringing open and whoever answered the phone pretended not to know anything. I asked again for the product I was looking for, but this person tried to sell me other things. Let's remember that pharmacists are traders, not doctors. These people don't care about our health, but their pockets.

Aside from the staff historically present at the pharmacy counter (two, of which one is a truly exceptional doctor), the arrogance and sufficiency of the rest of the young doctors is truly stomach-churning. Pharmacy bully attitudes, complete with shrugged shoulders and giggles in the background. Shame, in such a difficult moment. How can you!

I rarely stop to write reviews, but after having asked several times for the possibility of speaking to the owner and having, in my opinion, suffered abuse, I feel forced to do so. By excluding only two people with historical employment in this pharmacy, the staff is arrogant and unprofessional, ready to challenge the customer, without the slightest interest in favoring or protecting him, the skill and professionalism can be seen in the ability to resolve any problems and not in the normal and calm sale at the counter. I was denied the possibility of being able change a drug on the same day, intact and loanable, paid €32.00 because it was signed by them themselves and since I needed another drug to take I was forced to spend another €30 for the one better tolerated, I proceeded to get a prescription from the doctor, medical request for what was paid it is loanable, but out of lightheartedness they decide "subsequently" to issue a tax receipt without my request, so as to then be able to justify the issue of a voucher that can be spent and no more reimbursement. I also have a business and when there have been problems I have never penalized the customer as in my case. I advise the owner to keep himself more informed of what happens in his business if he wants to continue to keep his customers.

Pharmacy in the central area of ​​San Gregorio. Very well equipped and developed in length. Unfortunately they are very slow in serving customers. For 2-3 people you risk waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Little parking possibilities.

Incompetent staff and stubborn in wanting to make fun of people. Due to illness I was unable to go to the pharmacy and after sending a family member three times they made a mistake (or so they said) in ordering the drug, forcing me to have the family member go to the pharmacy in Via Morgioni and purchase the drug immediately.
