ABUSE AND RUDE I called this place to book a swab test for my son. The first person I spoke to told me that he would ask the doctor to wait for me by 1pm at the latest. I organize an early exit from school, I call the pharmacy, a second person answers and tells me that the last swab should have been carried out at 12.40 at the latest. I report what I had previously been told, I repeatedly ask to speak to the first person and instead they pass me the doctor. He also confirms the second person's version. To which, I tell him to agree because this is not the way to treat the customer and he replies, making fun of me, "Thanks for the advice". Then, he throws the phone away and, while the colleagues around him laugh in amusement, he, in a disturbed and arrogant manner, shouts "What the f***!", then they hang up. I'll call back, the first person I spoke to answers, apparently mortified. I ask her to tell me the name of the doctor and she first replies no because I would have put her in difficulty, then, faced with my insistence, she tells me that she only knows the name of the doctor and not the surname. I don't know what is more serious: the behavior adopted by these people towards a customer, the responses received regarding my request to know the name of the doctor, or the abuse of not communicating the name of the doctor himself.

I called the evening before to get clarification on the quick swab to be done at the pharmacy and I was answered very kindly by a boy who assured me that even without a reservation I could have the swab done, saying verbatim: "We don't say no to anyone, come and do it. the row". when I got there and explained the previous phone call to the colleague present, she very rudely replied: "And what should I tell you if the colleague on the phone had smoked something?"

Very kind pharmacists who try to solve your problems without creating others, these days are not to be underestimated. Honest and fast. Always with a smile. Excellent products and their advice too. Parking nearby.

My daughter, a minor, she had to take the swab but was forbidden because she didn't have her identity card with her. But only as a photo on your cell phone. Even though he had a health card and my document. No other pharmacy asks for the document. We don't understand anything anymore. Everyone does what they like. .

I don't understand how it can be defined as a convenient location, perhaps for those who live in Via di Vallerano. Not much parking and if you park in front of the pharmacy the owner will chase you away. I say this from personal experience. Courtesy is not at home, I can't comment on professionalism as I turned on my heel and left.
