I asked for a drug of immediate need and found poor preparation (inability to diagnose a very evident herpes in one eye), excessive bureaucracy (fortunately not found in the other pharmacies in the area, where the necessary drugs were sold and even ordered for a rapid delivery, as well as the search for valid substitutes to meet the needs of the "sick person"), absence of courtesy and haughtiness.
