I went there for the beauty center where a friend of mine moved. Very competent and friendly staff
Large and well-stocked pharmacy. Everyone was very friendly except the blonde doctor who served me who was slightly grumpy. I would have given 5 stars but this negatively influenced the rating.
Welcoming...kind and professional
I showed up at the pharmacy this morning at 9am for a blood test, I was asked to come back after about half an hour to dispose of the people who had to take the swab. I got in line at 9.30am waiting for my turn, I arrived at the counter at 9.45am and was told that I was now too late and that I should return at 11.45am. I understand the delirium of these days and the long queues of people queuing for the swab test, and the stress that all this entails, but I would have expected a little more flexibility and understanding from such a renowned facility. Too bad, I looked elsewhere
