Disappointing. I had placed an order on June 29th and since I had seen on their website that they also had an express shipping service, on Monday morning I called to find out if I could use this service (with an extra payment). They assured me that, following immediate payment with PayPal, they would have shipped the goods the same day and they would have arrived within 2 days. Obviously this did not happen and, in response to my request for a refund of the extra paid, they blamed the courier by "omitting" and "leaving out" the small detail that they should have entrusted the goods to them on the same day. Definitely unprofessional.

I purchased branded products online at an unbeatable price. The fast shipping and careful packaging demonstrate great professionalism, I will continue to purchase from this pharmacy despite being from Brindisi. Top ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I placed an order on November 27th which then arrived on December 5th with one less item. Since that day I have still been waiting for the refund, almost a month has passed but nothing. After several reports they also replied in an arrogant and annoyed manner that they are late with the refunds because the staff is off sick.... in the meantime they are withholding the my money unduly and they even refuse to let me know how much longer I will have to wait. SHAME! Obviously I will make the necessary reports to the competent authorities and will never make a purchase from this pharmacy again.

Delivery in one day, really competitive price, the only flaw was that the invoice did not arrive and I can't contact them by phone because they don't answer

Very bad experience, if I could give less than zero I would give -5. They have an online site "farmaglobo.it" which is truly pitiful. If I'm like this on the site, I can't imagine in person in the store. Luckily there are thousands of pharmacies.... AVOID THEM
