Farmacia Villa Claudia

On 8/25/2023 at around 3.10 pm I go to this pharmacy, when I enter the gentleman at the checkout is short, shaved and corpulent; he says the following sentence to one of his customers: HERE'S THE ONE WITH AIZ. . .(referring to me). .she suddenly turns and peers at me with casual curiosity. But who said to this subject that I would have Aiz???? I seem to be fine, very well indeed! An unpleasant episode and above all criminally punishable by law. It is recommended to rinse your mouth well before speaking and especially if you have a mirror, take advantage of it by looking at yourself carefully from head to toe! IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: I would like to point out that I came to your shop 3 times in total and on all three occasions the same person disclosed the same defamatory and discriminatory news to those present. There is nothing to object to towards the staff who proved to be professional, helpful and polite. If you consider my review to be unfounded, you have the right to contact the competent authorities who will clarify what happened, have a nice day

Excellent, empathetic pharmacists (especially the doctor!). A single note: for the doctor who, if he delivers drugs with which he does not agree, pay attention to non-verbal language, and always remember that behind a client there is a person with probable different pathologies that he does not know and who will still be worse because it is not understood. This does not change the excellence of the Pharmacy.

They made me a cream I paid €29.. the same cream with the same grams made at the pharmacy in Via delle Cinque Miglia paid €14. I mentioned it to the pharmacist, let's leave aside his answer....
