The VITOLA pharmacy is "the pharmacy" for me. My family has been loyal customers for almost 20 years. Professionalism, courtesy and willingness to quickly find products on request are their peculiarities. There is always a smile and also the answers to any questions. I recommend it to everyone!

I called 2 minutes ago to ask if the pharmacy did swabs and at what cost. An annoyed man answers me claiming that he recognized my voice (first time I've called this pharmacy in my life and 2 seconds would be enough to check if other calls have arrived from my number, assuming that this charlatan is capable of it) and according to him I had called shortly before; then he hangs up on me. The pharmacy managers who allow this rudeness should open their eyes a little. Don't worry though, I'll never set foot there. Have a nice day, especially to the rude ones.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, WRONG TEST RESULTS at the Vitola pharmacy are the order of the day. I'll tell you about my experience: at Easter I had close contact with a positive person and since I had to leave for Rome on Thursday I took the swab test being symptomatic in all respects with fever, cough and cold. At the Vitola pharmacy he immediately tested negative (after not even 10/15 minutes of waiting as recommended for any unhygienic test). I therefore began to doubt their report and I took a swab at a laboratory with a POSITIVE result. As if mine weren't enough, I'll also tell you about my grandmother's experience: She had been going to them for days to take swabs as she tested positive on Easter Monday. After several positive swabs (always carried out at the Vitola pharmacy), even though more than 10 days had passed, this morning the same doubt arose as I did and after noting that not even a minute after taking the swab the pharmacy employee came out with the positive report again, with my grandmother we went to the laboratory where the viral load is also indicated, it therefore has a higher specificity and consequently a greater reliability, NEGATIVE result. We went back this morning to report the problem that occurred and recognize any errors for the Vitola pharmacy does not exist, from their point of view they did nothing wrong and are doing their job correctly. Something truly absurd happens, I really advise against taking swabs from them, incompetence is not allowed in such delicate matters.

I have been celiac for 18 years and I have relied on this pharmacy for gluten-free supplies, which is always well-stocked and available to find what may be missing. Needless to say, I also essentially use it here for almost everything else and have never left dissatisfied. Excellent service provided

It should be noted that in this shop (because it is a shop) there is no greeting when entering or leaving, they lack professionalism, education and courtesy, they treat customers badly, twice they made a mistake in returning the change, which they then did. notice they didn't even apologize because the error is human, but they rudely returned what was missing with the arrogant exclamation that no one wanted to cheat, I just said that the rest didn't correspond Dad asks only once to repeat a refund procedure and is told to get braces since he doesn't feel anything.
