I took my 11 year old daughter this afternoon for a quick swab at 4pm. after more than 3 and a half hours I still haven't received the report. telephone contact impossible because the line is always busy. if it's called a "rapid swab" it's because the report is available after 15 minutes!!! delay due to system congestion is acceptable...but up to a certain point!!! a person relies on the rapid swab for urgent needs!!!

Excellent swab service, the appointment time was respected and the speed and organization of the pharmacy to satisfy the high demand for swabs in this period is commendable, just as the availability of the staff in ALWAYS answering the phone is commendable to the requests of its customers. Two notches above other pharmacies in terms of service, if they were all like this Italy would be a better country.

Heartfelt congratulations to Doctor Volpicelli and all her collaborators!!! All friendly and who carry out their profession with love. When going to the pharmacy or to get swabs done, you feel welcomed and, in this difficult period, it is good for your heart to be able to find such special people who know how to help others in this way. 10 stars and praise!!! I understand that when you have a business opportunity you have to seize it. However, it is not normal to have 50 people book in a 20 minute range because either you are able to manage them, or you create crowds and absurd delays. a little less greed and you would provide a much better service.

If I could give 0 I would…. On Sunday my sister went for a swab test and the notification was positive (note this last sentence carefully!) From here the quarantine process with ATS started!!! Today, 2 days later, the green pass arrived from the Ministry of Health with a NEGATIVE result written! Now she is honest and stays at home... but may I know how it is possible that on Sunday evening the notification is positive and after 2 days the result is negative resulting in a Green pass??? Whoever compiles and sends the data to the ministry should probably be more careful! Making mistakes is human but in this period it is too risky!!!
