Since I moved to Cesate, the Volturno Pharmacy has become my trusted pharmacy. An element that certainly distinguishes all the staff is their friendliness and helpfulness. Furthermore, the pharmacy offers a medicine booking service via WhatsApp, with truly unbeatable response times! Super recommended!!

Excellent pharmacy, friendly staff and always on point! They give the possibility to book medicines via Whatsapp, an excellent service for those who, like me, are always in a hurry! During the Covid period they were formidable. My mother, the day before having her booster vaccine, wasn't feeling very well and wanted to take a test. I tried to contact a lot of pharmacies to find an appointment to take a Covid test, but they were all full and told me there was no space. Now sure that I wouldn't find a job even if I paid for it in gold, I contacted them. They asked me the reason for the urgency and found me a place between one swab and another for the same morning. And luckily! My mother was positive for Covid! The doctor was really very kind! In addition to swabs and the drug booking service, they provide many other services, such as blood sugar monitoring, etc... Even in these cases, the doctor is always very kind and knows how to reassure the patient!

For years it has been my trusted pharmacy, a welcoming environment, characterized by kind people who are always very attentive, listening to the customer's needs, taking care of every single detail. In this particular period, that is, pandemic, there is an excellent organization, related to speed and efficiency, a significant added value. Thank you all for your professionalism, friendliness and kindness.

Yesterday I was in the pharmacy and I witnessed a pitiful scene towards an old lady. After 20 minutes of queuing because they are slow the lady goes to the counter and the pharmacist answers the phone instead of serving her and the poor lady says she doesn't feel well if she can be served. After being scolded both by another super rude customer and by the pharmacy itself, the poor lady started crying. Luckily it wasn't my mother!!! Even the doctor then took the pharmacist back... They don't see me there anymore.
