I received deeply rude treatment towards me from one of the pharmacists. I showed up with a doctor's prescription on my cell phone and was verbally attacked with e.g. “But what is this trend of coming with a mobile phone?”. He could have simply and kindly told me that the paper prescription was needed, I would have understood. I'm sorry but facts like these highlight a lack of humanity and sensitivity. And of abuse of power on the other side of the counter.

The girl who does swabs has golden hands. Overall it's an excellent pharmacy, sometimes some of the staff have fluctuating moods/kindness but it's a demanding job and they must be understood. They are absolutely my favorites in the area, professional and competent, with a bit of a smile policy they would always be ten stars. Thanks for your work.
