Farmacia Zanini dei Dr.i Giampaolo e Marco Snc

I pierced my 6 year old daughter's earlobes and they came out visibly crooked. The staff did not use a marker to decide the point and did it by eye. I pointed out the mistake and although the difference was evident, the only thing said was: we'll do it again if you want. As if it were nothing!! At the time I couldn't hear because my daughter was crying. I called the next day to explain (since I live 30 minutes from the pharmacy) and the owner was incredibly rude, going so far as to tell me that he doesn't care about my opinion, to come to the pharmacy to show them why they never make mistakes and will continue to do it without a marker. So rude to say that they are an established company in the area and that my experience in the pharmacy has no relevance. Terrifying.

Helpful and very kind staff to the detriment of other pharmacies in the city; in particular I got on very well with Dr. Elisa (I think I read this name on the pocket of her lab coat), very nice and courteous, who illustrated and recommended some galenic preparations that she prepares in the pharmacy laboratory and with which I I found it very good. Furthermore, there are many products that are difficult to find.

One star but they deserve zero stars. I waited to write this review because everyone can make mistakes, but after more than 1 week it seems synonymous with superficiality. It's not true that they close at 1pm! Written both here and at the entrance. This is important if you pay for a medicine that is not present and you go to collect it at 12.45pm and it is closed!!!! I had to go and get the medicine I paid for in the afternoon, so after returning to Varzi I had to return. Shame above all because the information is still wrong. I remember that you don't sell frivolities, but drugs!!!
