Not very friendly, aloof, the doctor is very slow, only one person at the counter, I prefer Dr. Trovani Angela's pharmacy in Corso Europa after the doctor refused to give me the drugs in February for my chronic COPD, saying that the prescription was a month before, and telling my business out loud in front of customers in line. Never again, zero sensitivity, the only pharmacy that has difficulty giving you a medicine even for an emergency! Not recommended to all my colleagues and to those who read me.

I went to this pharmacy, obviously out of necessity, when I got home I realized that I had NOT presented my health card, I looked at the receipt and was astonished to realize that I had been given a health card belonging to someone, I'm sorry I didn't being able to post a photo of the receipt.....BUT NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THE RECEIPT, THE PHARMACIST, PACKAGED IT WITH THE PRODUCT PURCHASED, THESE CHARACTERS STILL EXIST......🤦‍♂️😞

I went to buy a cream at the parapharmacy in Porto Badino where they told me a price and I asked to collect it at the pharmacy in Borgo Hermada where they made me pay for the cream at a higher price than that communicated by the Zardo parapharmacy. When I complained, I was treated like a beggar. the staff is really rude. This pharmacy was a good pharmacy until the late Dr. Zardo was there, the heirs are not worthy at all. I absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy and going towards Terracina there are pharmacies with much friendlier staff.

If you need to get a swab with a green pass printed, don't go to this pharmacy. One hour to get the certificate and also wrong. I had to come back the next day and wait another half hour because they didn't know how to enter the data into the computer.

Staff quite friendly and professionally trained. Possibility of parking near the pharmacy. Possibility of always having free samples of various products. The only flaw is the long waiting queues during peak periods and times.
