Even 1 star is too much! I was there today in order to buy a medicine very well-known against the Sinusitis (Sinupret) or similar under an Italian brand name. I showed my phone to the clerk (long fingernails), but she showed me no respect and didn't really want to help me (natural drugs are not welcome at this place). Very unfriendly, they don't have any smile or welcome culture. Any nail saloon gives you more attention, affection, and respect.

I had a very bad experience at this pharmacy. My son's partner went there to buy him a tube of aciclovir. She returned with a galenic preparation made by them which, they told her, was better than the requested drug. At home, reading the ingredients, we realized that it was NOT a drug but a mixture of soothing herbs (such as Hamamelis virginiana) and oxides (such as zinc which is in anti-redness pastes for children's bottoms). The active ingredient that combats Herpes was therefore missing. Then my son's partner came back to ask for change and I went in with her. It would be long to explain in detail so I'll summarize step by step: - the first person who served us insisted that the herbal preparation was better than the drug - by insisting we obtained the exchange and also purchased another drug - looking at the receipt we see that it says "change of product" without the wording drug, making the tax deduction impossible -when asked for a correct receipt, they were first told that it was not possible, then the owner was called who claimed that his product was better and that, in any case, the correct receipt could not be made - upon our insistence he said that the second drug purchased was over the counter and therefore we could not deduct it anyway, which was FALSE as we specified - in the end the son called who first tried to say that it was our fault because we had asked for the change 😳 and then he finally canceled the receipts and issued the correct one I find it unheard of that professionals behave like this, trying to sell their product as the equivalent of a drug, lying about the deductibility of over-the-counter drugs and insisting to the point of exhaustion not to give us what we were entitled to. We went 2 times in a row but obviously we will never go again
