I needed a covid swab within 24 hours for a procedure at the hospital, and after checking with five other pharmacies, this is the only one that was nice and helped me. Not only were they very kind and helpful, they were also very efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes with my certificate to present to the hospital. Grazie mille!

Highly qualified staff, kindness and availability of all information regarding the recipe I presented. What was fundamental was the fact that it also offered me the generic drug, something that other pharmacies don't do.

I don't often find myself giving negative reviews but this time it seems necessary (and seeing the other reviews I don't seem to be the only one, on the contrary). I tried to return a medicine purchased the day before (which is normal in many pharmacies), but they wouldn't take it back. It was an expense of not even €10 euros, a negligible amount, with the medicine obviously in the same conditions as the previous day (maintained in normal conditions), but there was no way. Now they will respond by saying that they are not required to accept refunds (who knows why other pharmacies do this), and that the law says that they are not obliged, however I find that it is not a great policy given the other negative reviews. You have the right not to accept returns, and I have the right to leave negative reviews. Keep up the good work you will have many happy customers and positive reviews. EDIT: Among other things, you are also in bad faith given that you responded to another negative review: "We accept exchanges of the product you purchased from us without any problem as long as the box is intact and the belly pan is clean". But apparently, even with the intact box and clean belly pan, you don't seem to have accepted the medicine. Inconsistent.

Excellent pharmacy, friendly and knowledgeable staff, I don't live nearby but I will visit you again soon.
