I went to this farmacia this morning because I needed some things and I needed to use the toilet....not for a pee, but because I have a disability with an ostomy bag so need more urgent!! I asked the young man and he went behind to ask...and at the same time a lady with a very serious look passed behind him and after looking at me and my clothes told him a NO without even looking at me again and/or give an explanation!!! It's 34 degrees outside and I was on my bike so I was wearing shorts and a tank top...nothing inappropriate or disrespectful!! I even told him again that it was urgent in addition to being a disability because once the bag fills... it comes off me and there would have been a lot of damage!!!! To add to this lack of respect, humiliation and judgment, he made me believe that the toilets were not working!!! I even showed him my ostomy bag to show that my need was true...which I should NEVER NEED TO DO!! I don't know what is going on in this lady's heart and life but clearly and sadly, she is letting it trump the importance of professionalism with clients and respecting people with disabilities and their often different needs and out of the ordinary sometimes!! I was in shock and at first I wanted to leave my purchases and go elsewhere but I told myself that I had to be the better person in this sad and yes unfortunate situation, so I went ahead and made my purchases anyway. ..I won't go back there though!!!! And it's also up to you to form your own opinion with my experience but I had to make this corporate comment because I hope that this situation will not happen to other people who also live with different health conditions/needs! !

I had an emergency, due to panic attacks, while I was there on holiday, I disturbed myself by calling the number in the evening and only when the staff arrived did I feel better or better, my husband felt better, kindness, availability and education are the best business card to be special

Infinite waiting time, each lady, in addition to taking her medicines, tells the story of her life, her brother, her uncle and her cousin. For pharmacists, everything is a source of endless chatter. I spent about half an hour or more picking up my order. Which by the way, since it was a 50 ML bottle of product, I paid TEN EUROS for it. When in other places you don't even pay 4, and if you pay 10€ it's safe for 500ml. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy near me, but I will never go back!! Between the wait and the theft, I give one star, even if it doesn't even deserve one!

Kindness and helpfulness characterize the staff of this Pharmacy. Sale of sunglasses at affordable prices. Thanks for all the advice, even over the phone.
