The young boy is saved, the rest of the staff would do well to change jobs, not to mention the elderly gentleman, I have heard him make misogynistic comments several times and treat people like a fool! Uncommentable! Now I know it's not Looyds anymore I hope some doctors have disappeared too! Lastly I want to say that I saw with my own eyes that products were put on special offer and that they were not discounted. I noticed it at the checkout and the response was "I didn't have time to move them" you do it!
There is a pharmacist who asks for the prescription for the generic drug but if you take the branded equivalent then no prescription. Extremely rude, he insults you and laughs at you in front of everyone.. I thought it was a candid camera but instead they just suck
In that pharmacy there is only one person who treats you with kindness (the young boy) and the older lady treats you as if you were going to steal. I go because I live opposite, my son and I are highly allergic (humidity) and I always need to buy medicines to Both, providing customer service with respect and kindness is part of the profession of a pharmacist.
Talking about rudeness would be an understatement, they are really rude and not at all professional. The two pharmacists I had the misfortune of meeting were a man and a woman both in their 60s, working on Saturday 22/04 in the late afternoon. I read in the other reviews that your answer is "availability, kindness and professionalism are essential principles for us"... I think you really lack contact with reality. You are light years away from the principles you boast of having.
Terrible experience, twice within two days. They make a mistake in giving the drugs, accusations of not having checked the exemptions (which were there), upon returning home, after confirming that everything was there, I noticed that two packages were missing, I called and they told me that they had them order. Today at the retreat they didn't want to give them to me because I didn't have the reservation which they didn't give me and I was lucky when they said that they found them, obviously the subtext was that I had lost it. Honestly, I already have my problems as an oncology patient about going to the pharmacy and being insulted and disrespected. Empathy and education course is urgently needed.
