Rudeness and a lot of rudeness we had an appointment to get a flu shot and we called to inform them of the delay we were really treated like animals not like very very rude people it also happened to a colleague of mine it was really horrendous to treat people like that I would have them shut down immediately! !!!! These people have serious mental problems
