Very very kind, prepared and always ready to listen to the customer. I rented a magnetic therapy device and they went out of their way to explain how it works and were available for every request.
Very incorrect: I purchased a product by mistake, the next day I tried to ask for an exchange for another item but they refused, justifying this by the fact that they had already stocked up on the item sold. It seems absurd to me that a pharmacy in Milan cannot have two units of the same product. We're talking about a banal 15 euro antibiotic antibiotic cream that I will throw away for everyone's joy.
