From the first time I went to this pharmacy to undergo a quick swab, I received a treatment characterized by kindness, the willingness to accommodate personal needs and the friendliness of the staff. Very familiar and welcoming environment. I am also very grateful to Doctor Caterina for always finding room for me to carry out the swabs, truly. I have always found a lot of kindness and professionalism.

Very well-kept place with many plants that give a very cheerful and innovative green tone, giving everyone the hope of a green economy. The one who believes in it is Doctor Caterina who, just as she follows plants with dedication, also follows people's health, chatting with us and putting them at ease. The patient thus opens up, as if he were talking to a friend, despite this, however, the patient does not waste time, rather he enters with a difficulty and leaves with a solution. Furthermore, Doctor Caterina is VERY kind and COMPETENT and in this period she went out of her way to perform a quick swab on EVERYONE, even people who were not part of her catchment area. During this period he didn't criticize anyone, he helped everyone with advice and swabs. And he decided to ensure the service to people in need (of swabs and otherwise) AT HIS EXPENSE, finding a solution in every way. To do this, he did what all healthcare workers SHOULD do (but which no pharmacy in Ravenna has done): try to help the patient, whoever he is, at his own expense, perhaps often leaving his own private life aside. I highly recommend it!... as long as Caterina is there, a friend for life 😉

Pharmacy of the past, where doctors are interested in you, in your problem and give advice sometimes even against their own interests and despite creating a queue.
