Really very kind and helpful, as a pharmacy one of the best I've ever used
They are fantastic people of unique availability and kindness. For a competition I had to book a visit that no one was able to book for me and despite the distance they managed to help me and give me support as they were not from the area. The doctor who manages the CUP part above all took care to find out and call me back after I had also collected my reservation (which seemed impossible everywhere) for a particular exam for the visit that I would have had to bring otherwise they wouldn't have even given me the requested visit without The urine test. If I could give 10 stars I would give 5 more. I absolutely recommend this pharmacy which in my opinion carry out their work with such humility 🥰
Very kind and knowledgeable pharmacists, excellent CUP service, I get along very well with them and they are all very nice too! The pharmacy is spacious and has a wide assortment of female beauty products, supplements, health and oral hygiene items. I highly recommend this pharmacy! ❤️
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, they accept medication reservations, they have a dedicated counter for collection.
The lack of courtesy from the staff was a chilling experience for me. I can't find the adjectives but I was ashamed of being from Ravenna in front of the thin pharmacist with long straight brown hair. No stress justifies such an attitude.
