Very kind and helpful pharmacists that will try to help even if you don’t speak well Italian! Usually in Ravenna it’s not so easy to find pharmacies that will try to help you in English.

Bad experience, I ask for an antibiotic for my daughter complete with a prescription and the pseudo doctor brings me the augmentin sachets and I ask if I could kindly have the oral suspension powder as written on the prescription, she replies that it was not possible because on the prescription there is 'It said oral suspension, and I told her again, it's the one I want and she at all costs wanted to give me the oral suspension in sachets to dissolve in water, while I wanted the oral suspension in syrup since it didn't say on the prescription oral suspension in sachets, you can't give sachets to a small child, it's difficult to make her drink them, which is why the syrup (oral suspension powder) is prescribed. I wanted to ask the doctor if we can call her a doctor, which when she finds oral suspension written on the prescription and the one in syrup to be given to children, not the oral suspension in sachets, I think she should know given her young age as a fresh graduate, she mortified me by making me believe that I was asking for something wrong and she couldn't give it to me because what she said is illegal I was asking in such an impertinent way, while she was the one who made the mistake I go to another pharmacy they give me the right medicine as per the prescription, it's a shame that because of this problem I also had to give the antibiotic to the little girl late thanks to incompetence of the young Doctor.
