April 11, 2024 at 1.30 pm, check who you let in the public. A rude, grumpy and argumentative doctor. It's not the first time but today she outdid herself. But that's okay... the world is full of pharmacies!!!
At certain times it is really too crowded and you have to wait a long time in line, the cup service is useful, it's a shame that it has limited opening hours only to the morning and until 12.
Public pharmacy of the Municipality of Perugia. Staff helpful and very friendly. I called to find out the availability of a certain drug and they were very kind.
Pharmacy that I regularly frequent, never had any problems. Everyone was very friendly and kind, except today, I was served by a gentleman who very rudely dismissed me as I had forgotten the prescription for the medicine I needed at home. Absolutely correct behavior, but there is a way to say things to customers. I certainly won't set foot there again!
It's a shame that the gentleman, if you can call him that, is rude and also unprofessional, and needs to be fired on the spot. I really will never set foot in him again and neither should you in the most absolute way as long as that being is there!!
