Alongside the road good place
Very busy area of Perugia with little parking for those arriving by car. The pharmacy is very large, with many products for personal care and is open all day. I feel good.
Inability and slowness. Maximum disorganization, kindness doesn't exist in there, nor professionalism. Example (one of many): I took the rapid COVID test a few days ago. After waiting a good half hour (with only two people in front of me, one of whom only had to get his health card) they take the swab and send me the results with negative results. They call me about twenty minutes later saying they were wrong and send me another email, this time with a positive result. (In the end, after having also done the molecular swab, I discovered that it was all a false alarm, fortunately). I understand the fact that to be safe they also made me do the molecular test, but before sending such a response, I would check several times. I won't go there anymore.
