Farmacia Afas N. 13

Terrible service! Absolutely not recommended! I went to the pharmacy complete with an electronic drug reservation coupon (reservation made by the municipal pharmacy of M. Alta) and after a few minutes of confabulation between the two pharmacists present I was told that the drug, reserved for me, had been sold to other customer and it could no longer be ordered because it was out of production. SHAMEFUL! Harm and mockery

On November 13th I went to the municipal pharmacy in Olmo (around 1.20pm) to make a reservation via CUP. I was served by the Director who told me that it was not possible to make a reservation at the pharmacy as it involved a series of sessions. According to the Director it was only possible to do it at the hospital CUP or the district CUPs, so he invited me to go there. I wonder how it is possible to give such an answer to the user. I inform you Doctor that the CUP IS UNIQUE! I went to another pharmacy and "magically" they made the reservation as requested. I believe that, before giving inaccurate information, you need to inform yourself, pick up the phone and not send the user away with senseless answers. You are also paid by the citizen/taxpayer.
