I went into this pharmacy twice, and both times I asked for drugs and they gave me things different from those I asked for. I didn't check immediately because I trusted it, but when I got home I noticed the difference. I think there is some problem with competence and training, or it's negligence! In any case I won't be going back.

A swab for CoViD-19 to buy to take home in this pharmacy costs €15, double the price of all Italian pharmacies. Carrying out the same swab at the pharmacy always costs €15, and no certificate/documentation of the result is issued. We try to protect ourselves by making the population aware of this situation through the tools that the internet provides us.

It will also be the most reliable pharmacy and always on duty even at night....but a smile or a hint of friendliness could be shown from behind the shutter (I had to deal with two women); we bring money and at that moment it is us customers who have a particular need if not a need for advice and choice.

Courteous and helpful staff, The doctors always show a lot of friendliness and helpfulness, also giving you a reassuring smile, which is not at all a given in this profession.
