In general as a tourist I find Italian Pharmacies pretty good. They look up on the system what you need and generally go straight to it. In this pharmacy I got what I needed. I queued for about 10 minutes mainly because the customers in front on me did a lot of talking and the pharmacist’s listened and accommodated them. Modern and well stocked.

I went to this pharmacy when on vacation because was the closest one. I wanted to buy just a couple of out-of-the-shelf medicines which usually are just few euros but I spent more than 30. Unfortunately, only when I was back home, I realized that they charged me with an expensive treatment that was not requested and which was not in the bag. They literally stole 25 euros from my pocket.

Very poor service.

ask for an over the counter drug with certain compositions and they give something else. Too bad they changed the staff

Unfortunately it's always the same story: whatever medicine you ask for, they almost never have it available. In fact they always try to suggest you buy a similar one. They need to improve a lot, without forcing people to return for the second time to collect the ordered medicine.....
