I was pleased to spend a few lines on Farmacia Fascini, as I realize that it is not only known by many Instagram users, but also appreciated. This is intended to be shared with everyone. In fact, Fascini offers a wide range of medical services, from those related to the heart - Holter, electrocardiogram, etc. – to those connected to walking, as well as obviously to pharmaceutical ones, in which the galenic preparation is worth mentioning. Precisely in this regard, I was pleased to note that a preparation prescribed by the specialist proved to be a solution to my facial skin problem. I say this also to refer to the management method of the Pharmacy, marked by professionalism and thoughtfulness on the part of the owners, in particular by Dr. Antonella and her son, who also had the happy idea of ​​implementing a "loyalty" program, the Uniclub, which even allows you to win fantastic prizes. I gave one star because it couldn't have been less. The staff is incredibly arrogant. The short-haired, short-haired, young, dark-haired pharmacist, perhaps just starting out as a trainee, was really rude. I will never go back there again, despite it being a short walk from home.

I gave one star because it is not possible to recommend an 18% physiological solution for nasal washes, having expressly explained what it was for, when another cheaper product could be recommended. This denotes lack of professionalism, and the desire to fleece the customer. Obviously I will never enter this pharmacy again, you have lost a customer.
