Every time I have gone I have always found satisfaction and above all helpfulness, friendliness and a lot of understanding on the part of the doctor who I don't know the name of, I would say very, very satisfied not once but every time I have gone to this pharmacy!

The staff is usually very friendly and helpful with the exception of a blonde figure with glasses who lacks professionalism. On two different occasions two of my friends went to buy the Norlevo pill (known as the morning after pill) and in response they received a sense of discrimination and judgment that was not very pleasant. The first person asked, since it was his first time, if he had to pay attention to any contraindications or if he took it in particular ways and the answer he received was verbatim "Just one thing... so that it doesn't become a habit", totally ignoring the serious question that was asked. The second person asked for the pill and without the pharmacist having first asked for a document certifying the age of majority, she mocked her with her gaze, raising an eyebrow and remaining silent for a minute, until I, who was present, told her asked “What's the problem?”. A Doctor intervened at that moment even though he was serving another customer, immediately saying "It's because they can't be given to minors" and I replied that first you have to accept if he is actually a minor, and then at most proceed with the assume all the expressions you want. In cases like these where both girls are over 18, therefore, it is clearly out of place and very unprofessional to make people feel judged as if they were a criminal when, until proven otherwise, it is a right to be able to take shelter whatever the circumstances. As far as she was concerned, Norlevo's choice could also have been linked to a traumatic experience and instead of feeling relieved it only made them feel mortified. If I write this review it is to underline how people without a minimum of ethical tact during this very delicate profession would be better off staying in warehouses labeling drugs (assuming at this point that they know how to do it), given that they damage the image they have. can have of a pharmacy which is usually impeccable.

I called the pharmacy to ask if they pierced ears, if it was necessary to book and the costs. Answer: yes, of course it is a service we do. No need for reservation. It is free to make the hole but you are obliged to take the earring which varies from €20 to €30!!!

Bad organization. I discovered, after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting, that booking the swab only guarantees that it will be performed on the same day so the booking time makes no sense. In fact, I noticed that even those who had reservations after mine made them first. Not to mention that they also insert unreserved swabs. There is also a bit of delay..... But not a delay of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
