Definitely friendly, courteous staff. Unfortunately, a negative experience with the incompetence of Mr. Fabio, who for a simple booking of blood tests made me pass 3 times, still managing to make a mistake. Not happy, he invited me to go to the Spilamberto cup to remedy his mistake, but gave me the wrong opening time, thus causing further waste of time. I certainly won't repeat the mistake of entering this pharmacy again.
