Last year I had the Covid swabs done, the doctor was kind. Today I asked to book an aerosol mask, they didn't even check on the computer if it was orderable and told me no... instead I went to another pharmacy and they sent it to me without problems
I've been calling since Friday to make an appointment for the end-of-quarantine swab test, since I discovered I was positive through a swab test taken in their pharmacy. The phone rings but they NEVER answer and since they didn't provide me with any paper certifying my positivity I am forced to take the swab test in another place PAYING. Not professional at all.
Really very kind. I went twice for very professional swab tests. Even if it's not exactly convenient for home, I'll go there other times.
Of an almost disarming kindness, education and helpfulness. And it's not a given as a pharmacy, far from it. There are pharmacies where you do them a favor if you leave...
Well-stocked pharmacy and competent and friendly staff. It's difficult to find another pharmacy in the area that delivers to your home, but I've grown fond of it and am a good customer.
