Amazing staff!
The staff, especially the very young, trained and professional pharmacists 💯
Excellent professionalism and organization
More than an hour ago I was dismissed after a swab test having been reassured that in case of a positive test I would be called, in case of a negative test I would receive the message with the authcode for the green pass. I haven't received any phone calls or messages, even though the pharmacy is still open, no one deigns to answer the phone. After a few attempts they disconnected the phone. It's 6pm, the pharmacy closes at 8pm.
Lack of seriousness: the pharmacy displays the sign "Swabs without reservation" and having an emergency at 7.10pm, empty pharmacy (only one person) my wife brings the child who needed a Green pass and would not be able to do so the next day. The swab was denied saying that the pharmacy was close to closing. The discomfort created in these cases is unbridgeable.
