The people who work here are so helpful, efficient, and kind. I’ve gone here to get Covid tested twice. Once before flying back to the US for a visit, and once after having Covid to prove that I was recovered. Both times, I was easily able to make an appointment (you have to pay, but it’s the best price around unless you wan to wait in a long line) and it was fast and easy. After the negative test result, I was having a hard time figuring out how to get a longer-term green pass. (I was vaccinated in the US, recently moved to Italy, and couldn’t figure out how to navigate the Italian system). I returned to Pharmacy Ariberto, where the woman there saved the day - found my green pass and printed it for me. As if that wasn’t enough, she also made a spot-on recommendation for a shampoo that almost immediately cured the dandruff issue I was having as my hair adjusts to Milan water.
Very gentle clerks, always have what I need.

The first pharmacy in the world with selection at the entrance. These days to get in you have to be nice to the employees and I, modestly, am not. I understand the period of great alarm but I do not accept the lack of respect towards me, given that they know me well and I have been frequenting that pharmacy for at least 30 years.
Beautifully large therefore with considerable capacity for customers. Very kind. I've known her for a long time
