I ordered on Monday 22nd, paid immediately, but the package is still "under management" today. The shipment should have been within 48/72 hours, but nothing. They took the money immediately. Nobody answers the phone, emails or their contact form. There is also no way to request a return or cancel the order. Until I receive the product or a refund I will not remove this review.
I placed an order on January 15th (two weeks ago) and I have not received any email, much less the purchased goods. I spent €50 so if I don't receive the goods or the refund within another week I will proceed to report it because it is a SCAM!!!
Order 05/13/24 until Monday 20th nothing. Phone wasted time. Effective email, purchase made with PayPal, written your PayPal intervention. Same day delivery today 21st.
I spent 50 euros, nothing arrived and I can't communicate with them in any way. It's the first time this has happened to me after years of purchasing from online pharmacies. Avoid!!!!!!
I placed an order on February 1st and paid 38 euros and to date my package is still in the courier's warehouse awaiting instructions from the sender to deliver. and no one answers the phone for clarification, a shame
