I have always been served here since I had little girls and I have never had anything to complain about, in fact I have always found specialized staff ready to give you professional and friendly advice. With the generational change there are also new faces but all of them are cute and knowledgeable! Thank you because I feel at home with you!☺️

I want to compliment Michele, the guy who welcomes you at the entrance where the beauty area is located..... kind, very well prepared and transmits all the passion for his work...... they were I haven't found someone like that in the public eye for years. I'm really angry, I arrived at the pharmacy and the pharmacists (2) who deal with cosmetics/perfumery totally snubbed me considering only the lady who tried the cosmetics. There were many people in line and I simply asked if I could pay for my "supplement" from them without going there Queue for medicine. Totally ignored. I left leaving everything. 20 min to take an exposed supplement. 5 pharmacists and 5 customers. 20 min wait. Shocking

I went in to buy the usual medicines I usually take when I have the flu. I left with some vitamins and a "natural" nasal spray, branded "Farmacia San Giuseppe" because they would have been more suitable. Result: 32 euros wasted and a new purchase in another pharmacy for the drugs I really needed. It's fine to recommend, but to me it seemed like a purchase induced by the desire to sell one's own items... to the detriment of customers.
