Terrible organization for antigenic swabs: people forced to gather on the pavement in the elements, insufficient staff to manage the number of requests (but the operator who carried out the test was very kind, despite the obvious difficulty), no respect for online reservations , paid swab despite the medical prescription. I understand the emergency situation, but the quality of the service provided is really low. There is very large margins for improvement.

Terrible management of anti-Covid swabs: I don't recommend it. A week ago I had to go and take a swab test in the Torelli pharmacy: at the time I had an appointment (after they had also been very kind during the booking phase) I found 3 families of 2-3 people each before me , I waited 40 minutes to take the swab (basically you queue before, to do it, during, to get documents back, and after to get the green pass)... very poorly organized compared to other pharmacies that take 5 minutes to get you everything (I had previously been to Rugginosa which gave us the green pass in 15 minutes and neither I nor my child heard anything). Among other things, I had irritation and pain in my nostrils for three days, tears came out during the test, I have never seen a dog take a sample like this, I hope that the facility takes action otherwise I strongly advise against contacting at least for the anti-Covid swabs at this pharmacy.

I had to rent a wheelchair for a disabled person some time ago. Nothing to say about the fact that it was given to me quickly but it had broken footrests. I hope it has been replaced in the meantime. For the rest the pharmacy has good service.

Possibility of doing antigen tests for €22, but you must call before to reserve a slot. We did it at 11 a.m. and had the result in 20 minutes on paper and by email.

Professionalism and extensive medical services
