Farmacia Comunale N.5

I tried and tried because the location would be convenient for me, but I can't feel comfortable with it, so I prefer to travel further and go elsewhere. Sometimes, due to time constraints, I keep making the mistake of going there and every time they find a way to create problems, they are not courteous, they are not available, at best they continue to chat among themselves while the customer waits. Today, a comical situation: the employee took the recipe and exclaimed: "Let's see what's wrong!". I thought, "Let's get off to a good start!" Unfortunately for her, there was nothing wrong and she had to give me the drug. I preferred not to comment, it's just a waste of time anyway. :-)

Terrible! The time says closing at 8pm (both on Google and outside the pharmacy) but at 7.45pm it was already closed. A lady who lives in the building and who I asked for information told me that it often happens that they close at 7.30pm. Terrible, zero professional.

I enter an empty pharmacy, with 3 free employees, to get some medicine for my invalid mother. The prescription arrived by message from the doctor and there is no full tax code. They rudely ask me if I have a tax code... but unfortunately I don't have it and I apologize. Snorting they tell me that this time they will make an exception and look for him at the terminal.... (a minute of time they have wasted) SHAMEFUL I'll never go in there again. If it's a way to work less, you succeeded, I definitely won't come back. Don't worry you will receive the same.

Having the family doctor right next door, I always go to this pharmacy to buy medicines and also to make appointments. Today I had to make an appointment urgently!! I thought I'd stop by them. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes (I was also feeling unwell, it was no coincidence that I also had an urgent appointment), I was told "those who have the prescription have priority"... so I stood in line in vain. I called the number 2 times myself, the second time I was on hold for 9 minutes and 49 seconds. I went to them precisely because I know that many times they don't respond!! Not because I had time to waste and didn't know how to waste it. I don't even know how much money I spent in this pharmacy but from today I won't buy anything anymore! The whole family (10 people) we have doctors right next door and we have always purchased everything from them.

I thank the operators of the Municipal Pharmacy for their professionalism, for the kindness and attention paid to every single problem of every single person, made evident in everyday life, day after day, both with direct contact and by telephone... In challenging situations - and now the moment is really difficult - this is what is needed for things to improve, until they are resolved definitively.
