a pharmacist from this staff should remain at the back to do warehouse work and not at the cash register in contact with the public. She addressed me (the customer) in a threatening tone, claiming that I was a liar and she almost called me a thief. I ordered and purchased a product that was not present and at the time of collection I did not have a receipt because the colleague had made a mistake by not issuing it by mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, I could have been wrong too but you never address people in that way and in that tone. A solution is found calmly, as the colleague did in a few seconds. I'm writing this review because I wasn't able to talk to the pharmacist on site as she hid in the back, mumbling and ranting towards her colleague who wasn't present instead of apologizing to me. I went back to try again to find a comparison but nothing, disappeared in the back. I will certainly never set foot in this pharmacy again, I was really disappointed! Treated like a thief

This pharmacy are rude, there is always a problem especially over the phone they make a fuss! They should complain less and understand patients' needs more, but instead they don't care. Rating below ZERO!!!

The pharmacist lady with the glasses... who responds badly every time, very unpleasant, for example the last time I tried to explain the symptoms I had in my eye, she brutally corrected me by saying that the eyes don't hurt!! !!! But just annoying.....who tells the kind lady that my eyes can even hurt????
