I went in a few days ago and helped myself by taking the counter products I needed without disturbing the two employees, one of whom was serving a lady with many recipes and the other who has been working in this pharmacy for a long time, I don't know her name. , but a brunette lady with glasses and always looking very unpleasant. She was chatting with the customer for a long time and there were only two people in the pharmacy. I got in line and waited until her colleague finished serving the lady with the recipes, then seeing her colleague who didn't stop chatting in vain, I took the liberty of asking her if she was free. After looking at me with an air of superiority as always, in an arrogant tone of voice she replied that I had to wait a moment. This absurdity and lack of respect towards customers and his colleague are absolutely not acceptable and have never been seen in any pharmacy in the area. I always got along well with the rest of the staff, except for one employee with dark, wavy hair and glasses who, as soon as you enter, you immediately recognize because she has an uninviting look. If I can I always try to emasculate her if I have a chance of having been served by someone else and not by her!! Or I even go to another pharmacy even if it's further away.

I came in at 12.25pm. What time do you close? half past twelve. With a simple prescription for an antibiotic just prescribed by the doctor for my daughter's ear infection. I didn't come in looking to chat, I didn't come in with a thousand questions. A SIMPLE RECIPE. If you can't even have the energy to greet customers when we greet you, especially after a MORNING and not a full day, working with the public is not for you. Maybe customers have had a busy morning or even worse since they are looking for medicine. Your excuses are empty. Original: Never to return I arrive with a smile and a "good morning!" No greeting in return, absolutely zero. The lady takes the prescription and asks me if I want the brand name drug. I jokingly say, "Whatever costs less is fine." Nothing. In the meantime, I put my health card clearly visible on the counter. She comes back and says "Four euros." I showed her that there is the card which she then reluctantly took, then again, "Four euros." I say that I pay with a debit card, she takes my card, moves to use the POS and without even looking at me or addressing me (let alone saying hello), leaves (throws on the counter) the receipt. I said, "Thank you, very kind." ZERO RESPONSE. On my way out I turned and asked if it's normal for them not to greet customers or use a little kindness. He said bitterly, “I said goodbye.” Ah, is this how you "greet" customers who arrive with a smile and a "good morning"?

Sars-Cov 2 swab service poorly organised, nurses arriving late (after 8.30am) very calmly and an external station still to be prepared, if all goes well they start at 8.45am. The staff inside the pharmacy are not supportive and justify the delay of the operators. Perhaps the Mayor who wanted to establish this service for the citizens of Desenzano thinks that everything works without supervision, but this is not the case. We'll see if things improve with the move to the CC Le Vele headquarters.
